I discovered today more people are stealing my work
In Mexico, making corsets and clutch purses with my designs on them.
This I guess being the reason I smother my art in watermarks. *Now more than ever*
I’m sure there are more people out there ripping my work off…

I’m just so mad I could cry of rage right now!
I don’t know why I fucking bother with my art
When assholes like that just take it and use it when they wish,
Ill see how everything goes, I have reported it everyway I can for now.
Ill have to wait and see what happens then take more serious actions.

UPDATE two pm
They have removed all the items in their catalog which had my art on them, they only have their slide show showing what was once on their pages, I think now today that has been edited too, to show none of my products but when you click on their slide show and go into their photo bucket account you can still see corsets made from my art on models there...
I have screen printed everything anyway, so any changes they make is pointless to my proof …
I will be sorting this matter out, the images are removed, but obviously its not enough, they had my images on a dozen clutch bags, other bags and around five corsets in their catalog, now only three pages exist from their catalog when I think 6 or 7 pages existed before?


UPDATE NEW…
We have heard back from Dr Frankenstein a couple of times by now, they are blaming a customer gave them a disk with my images on them, apparently ‘he’ said it was his art and he requested that they make them into corsets and bags as a custom order,
When we asked for info about the customer Dr Frankenstein could only give us an email even though apparently he had posted the disk to them with my images on them, And they had personally delivered the items to him. as they stated in their message to us
-laughs bitterly- sounds like horse shit to me.

UPDATE DELICIOUS….
Dr Frankenstein have claimed on and on that they didn’t know the art belonged to me, all watermarks had been removed * as I saw myself * BUT we just found out, that one of the persons behind the business – dr Frankenstein- is a member of deviant art!!!!!!
and when I checked her activity it clearly showed she has been watching my art page here on deviant art since October 2005!
and she was last online a week ago.
so she has been updated of every new image i create they have known who did the art all along, And they have made half their range from their clothing store MY ART without permission.
These guys are fucked.


I JUST WANT TO MENTION, how low i think this is, when i step out the box and pretend for a moment that it is not my art being stolen, all i see is a brand using a bulk of someone elses creativity to sell themselves... it is very sad and low of them. i feel sorry that they feel the need to do that, and dont have it within themselves to create their own awesome artwork to put on corsets.
