what to do by glittersniffer what to do by glittersniffer
I suffer depression, and like those who do it never truly goes away. recently I have a brush with it again at a particularly bad level.
It took a lot of effort to draw out pieces, as I started to feel better I illustrated my feelings.

I remember feeling so distinctly alone.
And even being alone with yourself feels horrible… when yourself is your worst enemy.

I do commission pieces.

I absolutely love this piece, and I completely understand where your coming from, I too suffer from depression and used to self harm as well all through my teen years. I still battle depression on some occasions and this piece really spoke to me before I even your description.
Great work and I look forward to seeing more ^^

I'm glad you said that, because it is true it never goes away, even when things look good, just two weeks ago I had a bad bout and didn't eat or drink for a week straight, so I feel ya. Just keep putting your feeling in to your art, it helps sometimes :-)

I can absolutely relate too. Been treated for depression for nearly 11 years now and I know how hard it can be. I find a lot of my own emotions in your latest drawings. Thank goodness that we can express ourselves in art.

Beautifully, self expressive emotions aren't always easy to put across in art but you have captured this so well :)

I can relate so well... unfortunately.. but keep your head high, your art is inspiring and raw. It truly speaks.

I suffer from bipolar depression so I can relate. I think its great that you channel you sadness through art.
Lately its been hard for me to do that. Its inspiring to see another artist be able to create while under the stress of depression.
