I saw this [link] ……..and was like *holy fuck* I fell in love with it and in fact all of ~mellons artwork is fucken kick ass but that’s another story… once I saw the pic I just had to draw something, I was ‘inspired’ … and since I loved the whole creepy castle with the eerie green sky and all I added it into my picture …….but of corse I had to add my own original charm to it so it wouldn’t just look like I ripped some guys idea . I had this idea to draw some of my characters- like Ashka, Kory, Window and Bayne into the image all looking kinda … well I dunno *creeping around looking* and in the background… a castle.

Now this picture took me frigen FOR EVER ...yes it did. I think it’s because the green sky was being a bitch to me the whole time and that its got so much colour in it *curses* but I am very happy with this one *beams* … I wanted to experiment with the whole lighting thing – hence their lanterns and such, but it was difficult since my characters skin is always white and trying to mix a warm glow into white flat skin is hard …. But I managed.

…anyway this has a thousand mistakes! … but I cant change what I have already done .. so you have to take it as it is lol. It was extremely hard since I drew the characters into the picture be4 the black dark background and had to fill in around the characters later on … it was annoying since I lost a lot of outline details –shrugs- ..only something I would know I suppose.
