This is more bjork inspired art
 –drawn while listening to random bjork songs- It seems I have had a taste to draw girls with their hair blowing in the breeze of late The hair was created with black markers, black watercolor pencil –no added water- and a black fabric ink –it came in a little tube and I just drew with it in the original her hair looks shiny and 3D I decided to use it because I had no good markers to fill in so much black space… and even my new black marker is running out when I have only used it twice –frowns- why are these black texter's and markers not made to last over a week?I had a lot of strong feelings behind this image and I feel quiet dumb for I have forgotten most of them… She has antlers – a little innocent deer girl- I have drawn a girl with deer horns before and this is my second… funnily enough they both take this look of shame, shyness with a little curiosity to them??. … I am not sure why this is but for some reason I feel they are like this because they have taken on the deer’s personality… shy and fragile on its feet, Moving without sound in a forest full of spider webbed branches clinging to ever bit of hair and cloth as it can while she walks though it. She is beautiful but shy and feels vulnerable to be stared at… maybe that’s why she stares at you? The whole concept of this image was just what flowed from my mind… her white tatted dress getting caught in thorns… her one eye hidden as though trying to stay secret and hidden from whoever she seems to be watching. Its like you have invaded her forest and she is checking out what made those bumps in the setting suns light… I chose to use no colour and to not shade bits at all because it’s just what suited this image for me Ill leave most of this to your own interpretation… it is important that people make their own ideas from this image I really enjoy It and I hope you do to!Xxxx FULL VIEW if you can… And ps.. sorry about the watermarks… if you love this image it will be available for print –as many of my works are- and my prints are always clear of watermarks –as presented on this- xxxx |
