For if one is to drink much from a bottle labeled poison, it’s almost certain to disagree with one sooner or later

This is an idea I had been working with *in my head* for quiet a while
I originally wanted some –Camille rose Garcia- inspired girl holding a baking tray with munted edible creations upon it…
So I think I might create that one later
But this is what I came out with at the time!

I also tried for something a little different *coloring wise* ****I KNOW THIS IS REALLY PINK**** … and painted most of this image up! I use watercolor pencils but normally don’t add much water…so this time I decided to go a bit –freer with colours…and have a play!
I also love using white out and white paint to add in some extra effect.

This whole image has been one of my *lots of different bits and pieces artworks* ..
Everything I draw is on A3 paper… and almost everything in this image was separate images all put together as one whole at the end!
The border, the knife rack, the girl, the weirdo poodle thing, the background, the scrolls, the diamonds…all drawn separately. I just try plan it all in my head and how I wish it to look and then draw pieces up at a time… scan them in and position them
I just find I can’t restrict myself to the A3 paper when drawing up these kind of ideas.

I drew the scroll with the words on it last…and I was worried I wouldn’t have it fit in very nice… and it’s now my favorite aspect of this drawing for some reason…
-shrugs- I’m happy with it.
I used more patters that I bought from craft shops in order to do the nice wallpaper and dress patterns…
I painted the white/pink round border.
I have to say that everything really did turn out better than I expected it to

The scroll saying is from the –Alice in wonderland movie- I was watching it while I drew *it helps inspire* and I thought the saying was rather fitting for the image
It’s been a while since I drew an image with some kind of fun freaky animal…
It’s almost tiring to draw cartoony spacked out animals for me… since I think that’s all I use to do for years as a kid! And now it’s kinda a chore…
But at least I find it simple and almost boringly easy to do…
AND it makes the image a bit more interesting
OH I FORGOT TO MENTION...she has coke in her right pinky fingernail alittle pile of powder!!
