LUST of my seven deadly sins project using Alice in wonderland inspirations IS complete! I did promise to work on these while I was on holiday, so here you are. I chose to do Alice lusting over the white rabbit, yes quiet a different approach.. She desires to know what he is late for and where he is going!
i dont really love this one all that much...it is ok but i feel i could have created it better... although it did take loads of work and time i just think its my least fav of the sins i have done so far.
I didnt mean to make it look much like my latest submission to the seven deadly sins project sloth [link] using the tree and all that it just came to mind when creating the white rabbit.
I adore how I did the white rabbit; please take a FULL VIEW on this one. I also added in cog looking things around the banner at the bottom kinda symbolising the white rabbits pocket watch, when it got smashed to bits by the mad hatter and the mad hare in the Alice in Wonderland Disney movie.
I chose to do this red in colour like my pride piece because it is lust after all.. And I dont mind using the same kind of colours over again. Drawn in Faber castel watercolour pencils no water added. Ink and lead pencils..
Ok I hope you enjoy this! Im just glad it to be finished! ps... this is a poem written by ~dontkillthellama, it really fits this image! i like how she had captured my artwrok well and given it some extra quirk with her writings!! check it out ---> [link]
This one is also awsomley done... and I really love the way the rabbit is looking somehow evil but still sweet ! Like I allready said your work is amaizing !
Wow... I think my favorite part is the little bit below Alice and to the right of the White Rabbit... That little chessboard-looking area. I don't know why... I keep thinking to myself, wondering where it leads and what will be there... <3
Unique interpritation of Alice and Wonderland. I love how you turned a classic fantasy into something macabre and sinful. (as in seven deadly sins) Great job on this piece too, there's a lot of detail.
This is amazing.
