This picture has been sitting around for almost a moth unfinished, just a girl and boy head with a load of messy lines underneath…
I drew it weeks before my newer deviation * [link] * and instead of finishing this one up I abandoned it for the other picture.
At first I hated it…..Of corse it was not complete but I felt it was just pretty meaningless to me, the idea *love is war* breeds so many more “BETTER” ideas in my head of how I could present this…
I was feeling like crap and thought this work was not me at all…
But there where certain bits about it I liked, and as I worked further on it I began to like it more…It just kind of exploded into more and more detail..
I seriously don’t know how it happened! Honest!
Now I think its quiet pleasant to the eye in whole…
I love how I followed though with the war idea,
The camo corset and army helmets..
The girl even has some tags shaped like razor blades :)
And look out for the heart shaped grenades.

i think the meaning is pretty obvious....

Love is War, we can not live without it and we can not live with it,
Why do we find the lust or desire to be with someone or find the one to hold us and protect us? We constantly run ourselves into a battlefield knowing although it feels so good or we feel we need it at the time we also can’t ignore the fact that it’s going to come out bloody during or indeed in the end…
I think some people don’t care if its only pain they feel, at least it’s something to grab onto and know it’s really there…
Love and pain go hand in hand.

I love drawing men and I hope to be doing it more, I am sick of perfect women everywhere yet that’s all I seem to draw, a lot of my drawings are based of my emotions or experiences… so that’s why I tend to draw more girl figures.
Drawn with watercolour pencils *no water added* all drawn by hand..
original on A3 sized paper…

This picture is so true..I've seen so many people go out and minutes later after they break up there is a massive war between them and the just become rivals. it's crazy!

yeah i know!
i think some people have a thing too..where when someone breaks up with them they take it as a personal attack and it just cant go any other way than war.

it does get really tiring.

I try to stay friends with them...so usually I do otherwise the ex starts the war and I ignore it,
