I started this image about two weeks ago and finally finished it up tonight…
It may not look like much and it is suppose to look much more –simple- than most of my works! Sometimes it’s nice to have a change of theme and such…
I ADORE my little shark girl… I’ve always wanted to create my own little mermaid girl but of with the alternative of a shark tail … unlike the typical fishy tail…
I have for months been doodling this little character of mine on scrap pieces of paper and even down on a pot plant at the catholic primary school near me –laughs-…
She always had a martini in hand!

I like how simple she is… she will be perfect for t-shirts and such…
Her image reminds me of inky octopus, jelly fish like and dark sea…
I may create an octopus character to go along with my sharkie girl…
I have not come up with any names yet… feel free to give your opinion on a suited name for her…. I think you shall see more of this one

Go check out her stuff it is pretty surprising because I have never seen her art before yet our stuff is very similar in little ways… the face shapes and the big head-fringes- and such…
I was mainly inspired by the flat hair she does –no added shine in the fringes and such- just plain and simple… its sooo effective!
Apart from that I have always adored drawing fringes on my girls –even before I myself got a straight fringe- but its very –Emily strange- and yes now I myself look like that…

The little sharp shape on the right with my little demon female symbol on it is suppose to be a rough boat anchor -giggle-
