Character experiment.
This is theudis one of my long overdue to be drawn characters, I wanted to concentrate on his design and who he is… express that within a picture throughout a pose and/or expression.

A little to know about Darius;
Darius is a big boy with a short fuse.
He can loose the plot and avenge in violence when it all gets too much.
Darius is intricate but sometimes his rage expresses a loose cannon; abusive violent machine with little else in his mind… although it’s not true.
Darius likes the sick and twisted alike Kory but sometimes his sadistic games go a little too far for even Kory’s liking.
He likes pain, torture, fear and of corse adrenaline like all boys although the way he uses things such as this is a hole new story in itself.
Darius can be fun if you like that kinda thing as Ashka does although don’t forget his short fuse- it creates outcomes within Darius that are not so fun.
Darius and Ashka are together and have been for a while… he doesn’t miss the fact that she is deaf and never really speaks at all… it’s a fascination.
He likes his friends but sometimes prefers to linger alone …
Darius is very possessive of the things he cherishes like Ashka, so I wouldn’t go flirting with her -and as always if you where to get in his path he would resort to extreme violence.
Darius is very energetic and into the thrill seeking activities.
He also has a fascination for the dark side, satanic religion, witchcraft and nasty pointy things like knives and swords which he often collects.
Darius is a huge fan of music as Theudis too …
Darius is not a show off... and keeps to himself rather like a shadow amongst the group but one strong allies to have on your side.

I want to try and work on all my characters in future because at the moment they are all too similar and without having their own little bite they just blur into one another with their similar face shape and characteristics… Darius has been one of my most concentrated characters of the whole bunch so nothing much changed hear.

Why the topless look? Well that’s just Darius… it’s his character! Throughout he has been shitless or if not illustrated with his long black jackets that he is so found of and his extremely low black pants… and I can not begin to explain the horns look… but the chickies love it. I was happy with this one ... his right hand is clenched but does not look too right –shrugs-
