It is officially busy season!
I feel like I have been away from deviant art for far too long, even though I have submitted some work –its all been commissioned work for other clothing companies and not for own personal joy!

I just celebrated the biggest and best birthday of my life the past weekend, I am now 23 –everything around this past few weeks has been busy with plans of big events, x mass gift hunting and commission jollies!

I do hope I can be back on here with my usual swing of my own designs and what not,…but im feeling the creepy crawly feeling that this is now the busy season and from here to x mas I might be all over the place and not so active in places as I wish to be!

But none the less I do really appreciate the great feedback I have received form my work these past few weeks and the support of upcoming tattoo and other types of commission work! I really love what I do and I just want to do as much as I can with my work :)

Your work is absolutely stunning and inspiring Ms. Tegan, it's gorgeous and some of it, very raw, very true. Sometimes I could relate to a feeling you have protrayed in your work. A lot of my friends have said that when my artwork got "dark" they were worried, but it always feels as though when i complete a piece considered dark or horrific, it's as though that thought is no longer a part of me, no longer haunting me, and i can be happier. I'm not sure if this is somthing you could relate to, but i just wanted to convey my feelings and thank you for using your talent and not letting it go to waste. you are astounding.

i can relate to you exactly! when your feeling down, to draw it out almost feels like your drawing out the emotion from yourself...so it is no longer caught up inside drilling you with its headache! :)
i find to the darker side of art is just fun and interesting to draw, its something i enjoy even though alot of my pieces these days are not about my feelings feeling dark, just expressing my thoughts in a darker way :)

like how tim burton creates films with a dark imagery :)

I've been admiring your art for several years. I adore it. The raw distortion of the bodies. I love how you twist the female body. It's soooo beautiful. You are also one of my biggest inspirations. I love to draw. It's always been one of my outlets. You can convey so much in a drawing. You are amazing. Yes. AMAZING. :)
